 MUSTANGS MUGGIA played their first preseason scrimmage with  GRIFONI BELLUNO and they won 24 - 6. Nice scrimmage on both sides, good football, big hits and big plays. THe only bad note was the polar temperature on the field !! (15th Dec 2007)


 WOLFZ MERANO
  will participate to Austrian Championship III DIV. ! All the players and staff will be part of the INNSBRUCK PATRIOTS in season 2008. Good luck Wolfz MERANO !!!

  MUSTANGS MUGGIA will organize again the AMERICAN BOWL in year 2008. This will be the 4th edition of this event where the team will face an NCAA COLLEGE TEAM. Very soon name of College and date of the game will be issued.               (14th Dec 2007)
  Draghi Udine, Grifoni Belluno, Mustangs Muggia and Wolfz Merano agrees to develope again ALPEADRIA. Each team will act on its own activity which will be added to all common games that will be played in year 2008. Further information will be added very soon. (13th Dec 2007)

The scope of the ALPEADRIA is to develope football in the ALPEADRIA area, ALPEADRIA is the result of the efforts of the team members. The teams participate to Official Championships organized by recognized bodies and they organize tournments, trophies and events for american football.

ALPEADRIA logo wants to represent the Alps (ALPE) with the 2 "A" green letters and the Adriatic Sea (ADRIA) with the blue circle , of course the football through it is the "highlight" !

 COS'E' ALPEADRIA

La Comunità di Lavoro Alpe-Adria fu fondata il 20 november 1978 a Venezia. I membri alla sua costituzione erano: Baviera, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Carinzia, Croazia, Austria Superiore, Salisburgo (osservatore attivo), Slovenia, Stiria, Veneto.
Tramite la firma di un „Protocollo d’intesa“ degli organi esecutivi regionali le relazioni amichevoli ed informali tra le regioni confinanti sono state trasformate in un’organizzazione con compiti ed obiettivi chiaramente definiti.  
I membri della Comunità di Lavoro si sono trovati ad un crocevia dell’integrazione europea. I contatti socio-culturali curati in questo territorio sono di fondamentale importanza per il successo della collaborazione europea. Non da ultimo l’incostante storia vissuta insieme sottolinea la necessità di una continua attività di pace in questa parte del nostro continente.
Tramite la firma del „Protocollo d’intesa“ da un lato i Länder, le regioni e le repubbliche hanno deciso formalmente la nascita della Comunità di Lavoro Alpe-Adria e dall’altro hanno anche fatto un passo importante per un futuro positivo dell’Europa. Al momento la Comunità di Lavoro Alpe-Adria contiene 13 membri:
Baranya, Burgenland, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Carinzia, Croazia, Lombardia, Austria-Superiore, Solvenia, Somogy, Stiria, Vas, Veneto, Zala. Il territorio di Alpe-Adria abbraccia una superficie di 190.423 km² ed è la patria di circa 26 milioni abitanti.


 WHAT IS ALPEADRIA

The Alps-Adriatic Working Community was founded in Venice on the 20th of November 1978. The founder members were: Bavaria, Friuli-Venezia Giulia,  Carinthia, Croatia, Upper Austria, Salzburg (active observer), Slovenia, Styria, Veneto.
 
By signing the “Joint Declaration” the informal amicable relationships between the border regions were transformed into an organization with clearly defined tasks and aims.
 
The members of the Working Community have come together at a hot spot of European integration. The socio-cultural contacts in this area are of great importance for the success of European collaboration. Shared history and past experience serve to prove that future-oriented peace work is essential in this part of our continent.  
 
Signing the “Joint Declaration” therefore was more than just a formal act to mark the birth of the Alps-Adriatic Working Community – it was an important step on the way to a future for Europe. By today the Alps-Adriatic Working Community counts 13 members: Baranya, Burgenland, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Carinthia, Croatia, Lombardy, Upper Austria, Slovenia, Somogy, Styria, Vas, Veneto, Zala. The Alps-Adriatic territory covers a total area of 190.423 km² and is home to about 26 millions of people.
